Established in 2003 by John and Michael Vigar, Sunstone Properties is a property development and investment company with a proven track record.

We have extensive experience in residential, commercial and mixed-use property, with typical projects of circa £1m to £10m gross development value. Sunstone Properties has completed, or is progressing, developments with a combined gross development value of more than £50m. Recent projects focus on sourcing well located sites to create high quality developments of 2-20 flats or 1-10 houses.
